Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
At Elite Luxe Spa & Cosmetics, we truly value the time and trust you place in us. Each appointment is reserved personally for you, and we do our best to provide every client with a smooth, comfortable, and luxurious experience. To ensure fairness and respect for everyone’s time, we kindly ask that you review the following:
1. Required Medical Forms
For your safety and in compliance with state regulations, all required medical and consent forms must be completed before your service begins.
• Forms must be submitted prior to your appointment start time.
• If forms are not completed upon arrival, your service time may be shortened or rescheduled, and the deposit may be forfeited.
2. Deposit Requirement
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total at the time of service.
3. 24-Hour Cancellation Courtesy
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the deposit being forfeited.
4. Late Arrival Policy
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full service. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to respect the next client’s time.
• Late arrivals may result in the loss of your deposit.
5. No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not contact us ahead of time, your deposit will be forfeited.
• Rebooking after a no-show may require payment of 100% of the service cost upfront.
6. Same-Day Rescheduling
Rescheduling on the same day is considered a cancellation and will result in loss of the deposit.
